Dy. Chief Engineer (Civil Design)
Essential Qualification: BE/BTech (Civil Engineering) from reputed institute with minimum 60% marks and 15 years of professional experience with at least last 05 years in Civil Engineering Design work.
Desirable Qualification: ME/M Tech( Structures with minimum 60% marks.
Pay Scale: PB4, Rs. 37400-67000 with GP Rs.8700/-
Notification For Civil / Design Engineer Recruitment in Konkan Railway
Assistant Engineer (Civil Design)
Essential Qualification: BE/BTech (Civil) with minimum 60% marks and 02 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering Design works. For candidates with ME/M Tech.
(Structures with minimum 60% marks, qualifications requirement of experience may be dispensed with.
Pay Scale: PB-3 Rs.15600- 39000 with GP Rs.5400/-
The qualification, age and recruitment procedure mentioned above can be relaxed at the discretion of KRCL in deserving cases. The shortlisted eligible candidates will be required to undergo written test followed by Personal Interview and prescribed medical examination as per railways standards before being employed in KRCL. Special incentives will be granted as per extant policy of KRCL if posted in J&K.

The vacancies mentioned above are provisional and may vary as per need of KRCL. The shortlisted eligible candidates will be required to undergo written test followed by

Mode of Selection
Based on the applications received, eligible candidates will be called for written examination and personal interview and scrutiny of documents as per number of vacancies
to be filled in. Candidates with all clear records and as per merit will be called for prescribed medical examination. The selected and medically fit candidates will be provisionally appointed based on the merit position. Candidates so selected will be on probation for a period of 2 years. Selected candidates will be required to submit Indemnity Bond and complete all recruitment formalities as prescribed. Selected candidates will be governed by all rules and regulations and service conditions as applicable to all other
regular employees of KRCL.
