Further considering the experience in the construction of bridges and tunnels of international standard in the USBRL project in Jammu & Kashmir state, under the able guidance of Hon’ble Minister of Railways, Konkan Railway has now been entrusted with the task of conducting Engineering Survey of the new proposed railway line between Raxaul in Bihar, India and Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.
