Job Description: For implementation of ERP{SAP) programme in RVNL, the incumbent will be responsible for creation and execution of project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirement,manager day to day operation aspects of a project and scope, review deliverables prepared by SI team in close coordination with PMC before the same are forwarded to RVNL and also to assure that project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
Specific requirement:
The incumbent should have:-
- Skills of payroll in India, learning solutions, ESS, MSS, Travel Management, Time Management of SAP/ERP covering MM, SO, FI, CO, PS, HR, aM, CM, Portal, E-Tendering modules.
- Hands on experience in Installation and commissioning of SAP landscape
- Knowledge of installation and commissioning of Tier-III Data Centre, Disaster Recovery centre, Setting up IT policies etc.
- Knowledge of workflow for document management system as well as geographical information system,
- Knowledge of planning a mechanism of giving regular trainings to end user to understand the benefits of new system in their day to day work
- Exposure of delivering and implementing the project as per scheduled milestones, ensuring compliance to quality standards and maintaining the necessary documents,
- Experience of monitoring, mentoring & managing a team of personnel who can handle individual projects, suport process plannin includin documentation, reviews & audits
