• Currently holding a substantive position in an analogous grade (CDA/IDA) or in Level-13 (CDA) with a minimum of 17 years of Group ‘A’ service.
• Alternatively, candidates should be in the IDA E-7 grade (₹100,000 – ₹260,000) for at least four years.
• Must be an IRSEE officer (Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers).
• The maximum age limit is 55 years.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and execution within the railway sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and work under challenging conditions.

Compensation for General Manager

Selected candidates for the General Manager role will receive their parent pay along with a deputation allowance, as per government regulations. This remuneration package is designed to reward the high level of responsibility and expertise required for this position.
